This series is made during the dance festival held on the International Dance Day in April 2018. Dozens of ballroom dancers gathered in full outfit for a spectacular group dancing at Teatralnaya Square in Moscow, Russia just in front of the main entrance to the Bolshoi Theatre. Most of the participants were in their 50-60s looking just shining. They were absolutely enthusiastic and full of pride, dignity and passion to what they were doing.
This series is the winner of the Russian IPA 2018 awards, "Event: Traditions and Cultures" category. One of the photos also won the February 2020 monthly contest held by the official magazine of the Royal Photographic Society.
